Justice for Families is the Public Family Law Reform Coordinating Campaign. It is chaired by John Hemming MP. It campaigns for a just system of Public Family Law where the right decisions are taken through due process and with proper evidence.

Justice for Families Coordinating Campaign
There are a number of UK strands of campaigning that are happening in this area of public law. I am working with people in a number of different areas with the objective of ensuring that effective campaigning is coordinated. These are my reports identifying any campaigning issues, what is happening in those areas. Please note that I am happy to work with any organisation looking to improve procedures in the area of Public Family Law. (The law relating to Child Protection and Adoption).

Family Court Secrecy
Many people will know of the difficulties that have historically been caused by secrecy in the Family Courts. There have been three recent changes that are of significance in this area. Adoption Targets: The government's plan to in-crease adoptions was flawed from the start. It is very difficult to successfully adopt a child older than 5. Hence the pressure to increase adoptions applies mainly on younger children.

In 1995 2,870 children under 5 were taken into care and 910 children under five adopted from care (32%). In 2006 4,160 children under 5 were taken into care and 2,190 children under 5 adopted which is over 60%. For the government to achieve their target almost all of the children taken into care under 5 have to be adopted a ludicrous objective.

Rebecca 'langley' D'Cruze social worker for Bedford council dosnt want my feller to live with our unborn baby i am 29 weeks weeks pregnant and scared of what could happen, because hes on the register level one minimum amount you can get for a crime he committed nearly ten years ago. He wa sin prison for one year served six months.

Rebecca 'langley' D'Cruze is using my past mental health from ten years ago saying their are concerns about my ability to look after baby. Its not fair shes bringing my past into it making it out i am going to be a bad mum i don't even have mental health problems now. She and others are also making out that we are going to be a risk to our child when i know for a fact i am going to be the best mummy ever this is destroying me and i don't know what to do.I am scared because she wants me to move out and my feller not to be near baby or in the same house i have five weeks until i have a gateway meeting and i am fearing the worse i don't know what to do please help us my feller isn't a threat to our child they are also saying i am a very vulnerable young lady which i am not. Also my concerns about the lies they are making isn't being heard as well as my views on the situation are being ignored i feel that we are not being heard and no matter what we say i just don't know what to do i feel like giving up and doing what the social worker wants me to and that is to live in a supported accommodation with support for me and baby. However i have been in care most of my life and don't want to go back down that road not a place to bring a baby up. Our child should have a mother and a farther they are making out hes a monster i am so angry someone please listen to me i cant take this anymore i just want to enjoy my pregnancy.
